I have always wanted to live a simple life from a young age. Plan your day the night before
This one is super important: do not plan your day the night before. If, for some reason, you have to wake up early, plan your day the night before. Even if you don’t have to wake up early, try to have at least a couple of hours of shut-eye the night before so you are more alert and have more energy when you are up and about the next day. Start eating better
Eating well is super important, but it shouldn’t be the centre of your universe. If you are not eating well, you are probably more likely to feel unmotivated, lazy and unmotivated. The first step to a healthy diet is to decide what you want to eat.

Save money by buying used
If you are on a budget and are looking to save, buying a car in fantastic condition (not new) can be a great way to do it. Even if you have to take it back and get it repaired after a certain period, it is worth it to save on maintenance and keep driving it. If you are looking to purchase a car used, there are a few things you should consider. First, make sure it is in good condition. The engine needs to be running, the air conditioning needs to be working, the brakes need to work, and the tires need to be inflated.
If you are unsure about this, have your mechanic check it out. Look for signs of wear and tear rather than brand new. Also, make sure that the engine is not smoking. If it is, you need to get it changed. Next, take a good look at the body. Does it need to be replaced? Living less formally is a great way to save money and get more done in less time. Sure, you won’t have access to the latest nightclubs or restaurants, but you can save a lot of money and have a lot more energy when you get your chores done.
